Returns & exchanges

1.In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions. 2. The refund will be made only after we get our item back. 3. No refunds after 45 days from the purchase moment. 4. No refunds for unclaimed packages. We can send the packages like these one more time at the expense of the buyer.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please read before making a purchase: If you are unhappy with your purchase – please write to us and we will solve the problem. Unfortunately, in our store, you cannot cancel the order. Please carefully read all the descriptions and rules before you make a purchase. Exchange of goods – is impossible. Return of goods is possible only if there is a defect or damage and in case you: – have been contacted me within 48 hours after receiving the order. – have been sent within 5 days from the receipt (at the expense of the buyer)
